About Me

I provide expert and evidence-based career coaching services to people both privately and within organisations. I also offer specialist coaching and consultancy to people navigating their careers following baby loss and organisations supporting bereaved employees. As a career coach, I work online or in-person you to thrive in your career. I apply coaching skills to encourage the reflection required for goal-setting and planning. My approach is holistic and collaborative and my clients benefit from my broad knowledge of career theory. I adopt evidence-based tools and interview techniques which will help you to reach important perceptions.

My coaching journey began when I returned to work from parental leave and found this transition hard, affected by reduced confidence and trying to reconcile my new changed identity with my role. I sought coaching support and everything fell into place. I decided to become a coach so as to help others on their journey and my experience of receiving coaching and instigating a career change in my mid-life allows me to approach my work with understanding and sensitivity. I have completed a Master’s Degree in career coaching and worked with clients from a wide variety of fields. I care about helping people to work during personal challenges, to progress in their careers and to find authenticity in their work. I am also committed to removing the barriers which make coaching out of reach for some and this is reflected in my inclusive approach and my pricing strategy.
